The filmmaking team of Casey Beck (Director), Mary Cardaras (Producer), Kerry Chan (Associate Producer) and Jess Ramirez (Associate Producer) are based in the Bay Area in California.

 

As technology advances and we launch into the world of digital journalism, the face of the news is changing.

 

Our goal is to delve into the discourse and highlight news organizations that are on the frontline. This documentary will explain the foundations, the princicples and the ethics that journalism was founded on and how they remain relevant in the modern era.  Our subjects are some of the best journalists, who work for some of the most dynamic organizations in the country that are challenging old norms and redefining the news industry.
